The “Made a Moose of It” Policy

We want you to love your MMC gear. But occasionally, something goes a bit sideways. Prints misbehave. Parcels take scenic routes. A moose arrives looking less enlightened than expected.

If your order turns up damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise not quite right, let us know and we’ll make it right.

Items should be unused, unworn, and in the condition you received them
If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll offer a replacement, refund, or suitable solution
